Oreo, the world's most popular cookie for cooking, With over 9.4 million organic recipes featuring Oreo found through Google's search engine, it became evident that this valuable content was not being fully leveraged by the brand.
While social networks serve as a great resource for finding recipes, Instagram has emerged as the ultimate food-centric platform. Recognizing this trend, we took the initiative to curate all Oreo-related recipes on Instagram and created the world's first community of Oreo recipes under the account @Recetoreo.
This collaborative recipe community quickly gained traction, attracting over 10,000 organic followers within the first week alone. Since then, the community has experienced a monthly growth rate of 20%, while maintaining a commendable organic interaction rate of 8%.
Recognizing the business opportunity presented by the community's exponential growth, we made necessary modifications to the Oreo production plant. As a result, Oreo cookies are now available with a unique design that features cream on one side and a cookie on the other, making them an ideal ingredient for various culinary creations. By capitalizing on the immense popularity of Oreo and leveraging the organic content generated by the community, we have successfully transformed a simple cookie into a versatile ingredient that adds a delightful twist to countless recipes.
